Puritan Reformed Seminary Building Extension Plans

Oct 5, 2012 • By David Murray • 1 Comment

By God’s grace and for His glory, Puritan Reformed Seminary is expanding! PRTS plans to expand its current facility by approximately 18,000 square feet. This means additional large classrooms, library space, several new offices, room for additional student carrels, enlarged student cafeteria and more.

Expansion costs are approximately $2.8 million, of which $2.1 million must be in hand or pledged before the start of the project. The good news is a generous donor has offered a $1 million matching gift.

Since then a handful of the seminary’s closest friends have pledged or donated an additional $700,000. This means we are only $400,000 away from having enough funds to break ground.

You can see a pdf of the floor plans and the artists impression here.

The existing building is on the left and the proposed addition is the on the right. Here’s a video that explains the Seminary’s mission and vision.
