    Not quite the answer I was anticipating on Q4 there, you hit a remarkably important point however. I once had a professor say that the most important resource we have to give our clients (as counselors) is ourselves. Thus, personal development really is professional development. Many clinical programs by the way, do require that we attend counseling ourselves as well. I had to do 10 sessions with and write a paper on a woman who tried to argue with me that hermeneutics wasn’t really a thing (HUGE no-no for state licensed clinicians). Didn’t have what I think was the desired effect, greater self-insight, but the emphasis on gaining that insight certainly is there. Great video, thanks!
