We all struggle with people-pleasing to one degree or another, which not only displeases God but also drains pleasure from our lives. So how do we move from people pleasing to God-pleasing and the pleasure that such a life produces? We can find an answer to that question in Colossians 1:9-14.

Below you’ll find a video that uses the Compelling Communicator methodology (adapted for sermons) and its Message Architect software to put together a sermon outline on this passage. For an explanation of the Compelling Communicator methodology and the Message Architect software, see previous video here. You’ll also find there a video on using the same method and software to prepare a sermon on Colossians 1:3-8.

Underneath each video you’ll find PDF and Word documents generated by the software. As I said before, if you want motivation to watch the videos and discover how brilliant this method and software is, have a look at the Sermon Blueprint PDF underneath the video.
