(1) I’ll check with EP about electronic form. (2) The book is about preparing & preaching sermons in general rather than on Christ in the Old Testament in particular. I do have a section on it in the chapter on exegesis. However, for a fuller treatment you’ll have to wait for my next book which deals with this theme in particular. I’ve got a proposal + manuscript going to publishers next week.
