		<description><![CDATA[Martyn Lloyd-Jones used to hold a kind of surgery in his church study following the service: people would queue to have a doctor-patient style session with him. I wonder whether more spiritual good was achieved through those earnest sessions than through the inevitable pleasantries when the pastor is just mingling during the coffee time. Not suitable for every church, but certainly worth considering at larger churches. The section on MLJ&#039;s post-service counselling in the 2nd vol of the Iain Murray biog is a goldmine.]]></description>
