I just finished reading the account of Noah and the flood and after the flood God tells Noah to be fruitful and multiply to repopulate the Earth but HE does not say anything about ruling the Earth. I think that if that were the case then Jesus would have commanded us to “rule” but He did not, He only told us to make disciples not tell people how to live. Richard Ludwigson Jr
