		<description><![CDATA[It would be great, but also funny, to see people&#039;s reactions when you said you wanted to come visit them at home or grab a coffee or whatever when there is no pressing issue that needs to be addressed.  I can see people thinking, &quot;What did i do wrong?  Why does the pastor need to meet with me?&quot;  Probably need to develop that in the culture of the church over time to avoid stressing out your people ;)]]></description>
