May I suggest a minor edit? In the section where you say “Sometimes it’s marriage or children that does it. Sometimes it’s trial or suffering. But sometimes it’s simply the sovereign work of God.” I thought that last sentence would be more appropriate reading as “But it is always the sovereign work of God.”

I am assuming that the marriage, children, trial and suffering are all under the sovereignty (providential) package.
