As an unapologetic fan of Dan's writing, I can't thank you enough for this post. It puts you in rare company; he's gotten very little promotion of either book in the Christian blogosphere up to this point, which I find baffling.

I've benefited tremendously from both books, especially Appendix Three of God's Wisdom in Proverbs, which is worth the price of the book all on its own.

From your mouth to God's ear, David -- and to the ear of every Christian who reads for the sake of his local church.

Did you know that TWTG earned Dan a nomination as best new Christian writer the year it came out? It was well-deserved then, and it stands the test of time.

Thanks for noticing!
