As an unapologetic fan of Dan’s writing, I can’t thank you enough for this post. It puts you in rare company; he’s gotten very little promotion of either book in the Christian blogosphere up to this point, which I find baffling.

I’ve benefited tremendously from both books, especially Appendix Three of God’s Wisdom in Proverbs, which is worth the price of the book all on its own.

I did not know that, Frank, but it doesn’t surprise me. It’s a stand-out book that reflects not only writing talent but deep thought and meditation. Quite rare today.

Did you know that TWTG earned Dan a nomination as best new Christian writer the year it came out? It was well-deserved then, and it stands the test of time.
