This is not a pour your heart out kind of record but short notes or numbers of exercise, weight, sleep time,diet or whatever you need to keep you on course. I find a journal like this with short daily entries is like anextension of my conscience in that it is a reminder of where I have progressed or where I need to retune my focus.]]></description>

My husband struggles with busyness, and your suggestion to turn off social media notifications is something he has utilized. Another thing he has done is to leave his laptop at the office. He had a tablet for small things, but leaving work at work is easier when he leaves the laptop at home.]]></description>
