I recently listened to Dennis Prager speak on happiness, and although I realize he doesn&#039;t come from a Christian perspective, much of what he says is true: it is our duty to our family, friends, and acquaintances to maintain a happy outlook, even if we aren&#039;t feeling particularly happy. In doing so, we are more likely to feel a bit happier in the long run.
Obviously, there are situations in anyone&#039;s life where this would be impossible and false, but there are times when downright grumpiness can be avoided.]]></description>
