These are the people (present company excepted, of course) whose ideas are at the root of the destruction of our culture. As to a book having different lengths for different audiences, if it can be said in a 100 pages, why 400 pages in the first place? In any case, that is not a job for the author. What is needed are Readers’ Digest editors to put out the condensed version. They did it with the Bible, so it shouldn’t be too much of a challenge with religious works.
