Great list and very necessary for us all. I am not sure if this is the best word, but I might add "Honor". I add this because a great way to summarize the message of our care for ourselves as image-bearers and vessels of the Holy Spirit is to honor others' bodies. We maintain purity not only to keep ourselves pure but also out of respect for God's image in another person. We serve healthy food to others to honor their bodies as God's creation.
