Although I didn&#039;t state it explicitly, one of my main reasons for writing this was to show that we can have all the leadership theory in the world and yet the character and conduct can be sorely lacking. The book and subsequent events are a great warning to me about the need to practice what I preach, and to follow biblical not worldly patterns of leadership.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[With much respect for the many, *many* posts that have been so helpful, I have to confess I&#039;m with Ryan on this one, not only because Mark has sadly been modeling poor leadership for so long, but also because the entire concept of a shepherd of sheep feeling the need for a &quot;leadership coach&quot; is just American-ish icky. This might be a symptom of the problem, not a prescription for the cure.]]></description>
