		<description><![CDATA[I have chosen keepass http://keepass.info/.  It looks a little less professional with the open source website, but I have found it reliable and efficient enough.  (Note: I do not use it on my phone, only on PCs.)

For the security-paranoid*, it is nice to have a password manager that is entirely offline.  It can also be installed on a thumb-drive to allow me to carry it in my purse.

LastPass (and various others I researched) all seem to involve syncing to the cloud - to enable auto-syncing - across all devices, etc.  I pay a price in having to manually copy the file between devices, but this seems worth it to me.  Not for everyone, but just suggesting!
