		<description><![CDATA[Have you explored the increasingly popular concept that it is energy that we manage as well, rather than purely time?  I recently saw a book published on this, but have not yet read it:

The concept resonates with me forcefully.  As someone who struggled with physical capacity (due to unidentified chronic pain) I would frequently find myself with plans to study at X time, but not the wherewithal to actually do so.



An implication of this may mean, for example, spending more time cooking a nourishing meal to give your brain something to burn, rather than a quick fix solution that in theory gives &quot;more time&quot; to study.]]></description>
