		<description><![CDATA[If this would be the standard by which ministers and church leaders are screened, i believe it would lessen shipwrecks in the ministry. But still, experience of God&#039;s holiness alone does not qualify one to the ministry. I believe it should be a balance of both gift and encounter - which makes the path narrower.]]></description>
