		<description><![CDATA[Interesting and gracious perspective.  However if he were in fact counseled or coached to explain why he didn&#039;t mean to do harm (lie), it was bad advice because he&#039;s not really working now.  If he would come out and be honest and be able to give a short, direct explanation (one in which his mother would easily understand), he might be gainfully employed now, just not with CBS.]]></description>
