I would agree with you, but most of what you're arguing is against Pelagianism, not Arminianism.
1. Arminianism does not deny total inability, and never has. It simply believes in prevenient/enabling grace which gives them that ability to choose which train to catch. "I set before you two paths." They pretend that the commandment to "choose life" is actually a command that can be obeyed.
3. Who says that their Prevenient Grace (and the other three types) is not personalized? Everyone's life-story is different. They can accuse Calvinists of making Irresistible Grace a uniform selection, made at the intentional expense of those who were ordained to be reprobated.
God's impersonability is in the eyes of the beholder whose faith is shaken.
4. That's a big No True Scotsman argument quoted above. Jonah's spirituality wasn't very lively, but he was still a prophet of God. I can easily see the Horrible Decree of God arranging the Fall of Man and ordaining Original Sin be born through it (Institutes 3.23.7) and believe it all, but without liking it. This comes out of the Calvinism itself through the believer, not the believer himself. Many struggle with this for life.
