		<description><![CDATA[Not a very &quot;spiritual&quot; answer, but I&#039;d add to the list a good cookbook full of recipes that are cheap, easy to cook and healthy. Too many college students do harm to their health and their budget through really poor food choices. 

Given many young adults get fired up about social issues and/or want to change the world while in college, I&#039;d also suggest The Well Balanced World Changer by Sarah Cunningham and The World is Not Ours To Save by Tyler Wigg-Stevenson. Both are about finding spiritually and emotionally healthy ways of engaging with the world&#039;s problems.]]></description>
