If this “logical syllogism” was valid, anyone could use it to prove the

existence of ANYTHING…including the existence of Santa Claus: Here—>
1. We feel basic human needs (like wanting free gifts).
2. Santa Claus can satisfy these needs.
3. Therefore, Santa Claus exists.

What about an experience that I can have and someone else can also have the same experience to check it out. Jesus Christ is real and knowable. He leads, teaches, and corrects everyone who follows Him. I know that’s not a popular thing to say in a naturalistic, humanistic, and rationalistic society, but I’ve often told of my experiences with Jesus Christ when talking, on friendly terms, with the unsaved. I’ve received different responses. Some have been open. Some resist. From talking to others, I don’t think anything works with hardened Internet trolls. I have never tried to make a complete syllogism such as, “I had experience X, therefore, God exists.” I think that would cause resistence. I have told people, “Everyone who seeks Jesus finds Him. If you reach out to Him, He’ll begin to show you His love and wisdom.” I seek the mind of God as to what to say and try to speak as the oracle of God, not my own words but His.
